Your Unique Home offers full design services from concept design, securing city/town approvals, onto full construction documents, with continued partnership through construction.  Just as in our real estate practice, we act as your advocate every step of the way.  We will lead the coordination between the team of engineers and contractors throughout the process, and advise our clients during major project milestones, all while respecting the desired project budget.
